Simplicity of integration with EDI and support provided

There are few team members who will listen and vouch for customers when things don't work as promised and try to push out features that will actually make the EDI work as intended. US based team and not having to deal with out of country support with major communication issue and frustrations.

The customer support has been excellent, which is a significant improvement compared to my past experiences with other platforms.
