The UI is clean and building pipelines is genuinely simple. It was really helpful for orchestrating our full flow in one place: Fivetran ingestion, dbt on Snowflake, and Power BI refreshes all chained together. The team was also very quick to ship a new feature when we raised a request for it, which made a big difference for us.

The pipeline-building experience in Orchestra is excellent. You can focus on orchestrating what the task requires without spending time and resources maintaining the underlying infrastructure. The UX is clean and simple without overcomplicating things, yet it still offers a variety of integrations coverinag most common use cases. Monitoring and lineage are other strong areas, making it easy to track the health of your pipelines.

The product is super easy to use. A straightforward and self-explanatory console UI that is very beginner / non-tech friendly. It has integrations to most systems and a generous entry-tier pricing.
The support is top-notch and they are quickly releasing new features, such as bringing more AI/agentic functionality.
I am a big fan of the State Aware Orchestration for dbt (SAO) they implemented - and even open sourced it! It was easier to get it running than within dbt cloud itself
