Its ease of use. It's great for looking at everything through one pane of glass, which helps simplify a lot of our pipelines and allows us to find exactly where the bugs are within. Alerting on this directly into our Slack has enabled us to find and fix issues before consumers of the data. Being able to identify where consumption of time/cost is highest has also helped towards optimising our workflows.

The UI is clean and building pipelines is genuinely simple. It was really helpful for orchestrating our full flow in one place: Fivetran ingestion, dbt on Snowflake, and Power BI refreshes all chained together. The team was also very quick to ship a new feature when we raised a request for it, which made a big difference for us.
