The user-interface makes navigating the app easy and the reservation process seamless for our users. The level of customization the platform offers allows us to fit the look and feel to our specific brand. I love the in app messaging as it allows our users to contact us straight from the app for any questions/concerns and allows us to easily respond. The quality of the customer service team is flawless. They respond pretty quick and are very detailed in assisting with questions or helping find a resolution. Being able to know how many members are in the space at a time because of location tracking and thereby avoiding having to be at the reception area constantly, is really helpful for the function of the coworking space.
