User-Friendly Reservation Management

|OpenTable for Restaurants
I use OpenTable for Restaurants to manage reservations in our fine dining restaurants and appreciate how it helps us organize our covers and tables efficiently. Its availability planning and marketing tools are incredibly useful. I also like that it is very well organized and user-friendly. Since transitioning from a PC-based setup to the app, the process has become much easier, which is a big plus.

One-Stop Solution for Table & Marketing Needs

|OpenTable for Restaurants
I really like that OpenTable for Restaurants is a one-stop shop for all my marketing needs and table management. The email marketing feature is one of my favorites, as it allows me to book both events and private events directly through the platform. Everything is linked together in one specific place, which is important to me. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth, and I appreciate how the product has a better back office compared to what we used before.

Robust Features with Minor Annoyances

|OpenTable for Restaurants
I like OpenTable for Restaurants because it's a robust system with many features and easy layouts. I've been using it for a long time, so I'm very familiar with the format. I also find the online booking convenience and the tools for coordinating floor plans particularly useful. The initial setup was very easy, which was a great start to using the product.
