Being able to connect GitHub (STDIO), Slack (SSE), and Linear (SSE) directly from the Customize panel and immediately have those tools available to the agent has been excellent. The clean list of installed servers with status indicators makes it straightforward to manage which external systems the agent can reach. At Marks & Spencer we rely on this to let agents pull context from our issue tracker and post updates into the right Slack channels without leaving the conversation.
