In my opinion, this tool is just average. The login interface is easy to read. We don't integrate it with anything. The performance is hit-or-miss, usually miss. Pricing is okay, but due to the way the tool works, I don't think it is worth it, and support doesn't make it worth it either.

The biggest win for me is how intuitive Nitro is. If you live in the Microsoft Office ecosystem like I do, the learning curve is basically non-existent. In my role as a Production Manager, I don’t have time to hunt around for features or dig through menus. I use Nitro daily to quickly tweak quotes and finalize contracts for clients, and it just works. The tools to merge, split, and edit text feel snappy, which helps me keep my momentum. The e-signing feature is a massive personal favorite; it completely removed the need to jump between different software just to get a signature. It’s reliable, the OCR is spot on, and it’s genuinely more cost-effective than Adobe, so I don’t feel like I’m paying a premium just for brand recognition.
