Robust PDF Management, Needs Modern UI

|Nitro PDF
I use Nitro PDF mainly for reading, editing, and converting PDFs to DOCX. I really like that it's an all-in-one software, handling my PDF tasks in one place without the need to use an online website for editing or related tasks. The features I appreciate most are converting to images, OCR, and adding signatures. Being able to sign documents without printing or scanning is super convenient, and OCR functionality helps a lot with scanned PDFs. The initial setup was very easy after switching from Adobe Acrobat.

Streamlines Document Signing with Centralized Management

|Nitro Sign
I like organizing all the documents in one central place with Nitro Sign. It also sends alerts throughout the signing process, letting me know when a contact views the document for the first time and when they sign. The alerts help us determine if we need to follow up with the focal point or if the process is stuck. The initial setup of Nitro Sign was easy.

Efficient and User-Friendly PDF Solution for Daily Work

What I like most about Nitro PDF is its ease of use combined with powerful features. The interface is clean and similar to Microsoft Office, which makes it very easy to navigate even for new users. It allows me to quickly create, edit, convert, and merge PDFs without any lag. The conversion accuracy (especially PDF to Word/Excel) is impressive, and the e-signature feature helps streamline document approvals without needing external tools. I also appreciate that it’s more cost-effective compared to other PDF solutions while still offering enterprise-level functionality. Overall, Nitro PDF saves time in my daily workflow and improves productivity when handling documents.
