Almost perfect but with exeptional customer service!

|Nimble CRM
Ease of use, customization, limitless tagging/segmentation capabilities, Prospector Chrome extension (a godsend!), automagically updating contact data, new email sequences, and of course, their exceptional customer service!! Always there to help and to be open to improvements to the app.
