nilo health gave me a personal reminder about the importance of my mental health. it is an easy to use tool for everyone, people who start to get into mindfulness and people who are already deep down into these topics.

The best tool for Mental Health at the workplace

We have been working with Nilo.health for several years and have seen an improvement in our employee health since the beginning (measured by survey ratings and decreasing sick days). Since the start with Nilo.health, they have continuously improved the product and added new functions. Our employees use the tool for 1on1 sessions with a so-called Nilo expert, but also other digital content to take care of their mental wellbeing.
