Super cool tool

you can book easily a session with a psicologist. Session duration good. You just need a browser. You can choose between pycologist.

More than "just" a mental health platform

nilo.health offers a wide range of topics on their platform, from daily changing mediations to self-guided exercises, to round tables and obviously the sessions. While the topics are always wellbeing related they are still applicable in such a variety, like how to structure my time better, prioritize or also how to become more resilient, etc. Internal we promote many programs we've tried and liked and also recommend them when people come with specific training requests.
