I love the concept of nilo!
I like about nilo, that it offers so much content in a simple and easy-understanding way. And I like that additionally to that you get to speak with a personal coach in a 1:1 session. This is incredibly helpful and I love this conecpt! It helps me to break my issues down and to follow easy steps. By being guided by my personal coach it helps me to easily implement what I learned.
