Implementation was an unexpectedly smooth transition because we had exceptional training. The software is highly customizable and we have tailored many of them to make them our own. The customer service is outstanding, we usually have an answer within a few hours. The system integrates well with Cerner which makes it very easy to customize and extract data. These are just a few of the reasons we feel fortunate to have such a dependable system to use and would highly recommend it to others
