Multiview is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I use the software every single day, primarily general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management. Multiview was implemented before I joined the organization, so I can't comment on the implementation process. But I did implement the asset management piece and that went very smoothly. Multiview resources were helpful with that implementation and I love the asset management module.

Except for a few minor issues, the implementation into Multiview went extremely smooth. We were up and running in no time and support responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I am in Multiview on a daily basis posting invoices, importing files from Cerner and doing multiple inquiries. What I like best is that I can have multiple screens open and not have to close one just to go back and look at something new. Our old system was very tedious and having this feature makes it much easier to use.
