Ease of use and how it integrates with our other systems.

This system is very robust and can accommodate a lot of different setups/workflows. We use the materials management side. We recently merged with four hospitals, and were able to work with MV to set up additional warehouses and workflows on how supplies transferred between the companies. It is also helpful that the MM side links nicely with the AP side and the workflow is pretty automated and seamless. The most helpful feature for me is the reports side. They can be as detailed as needed. It is easy to pull an excel sheet or to do a pivot report table right in the system and can even add graphs.

Multiview has a great dedicated implementation and support team. I felt confident during rollout and the ongoing support is very responsive (same-day.) The system has integrated well with our other applications such as ENVI and Concur. The ability to upload journal entries and AP vouchers and credit card transactions has been excellent.
