Prior to choosing Moovila, we recognized that we needed better software for Project Management. What we didn't realize is how much help we'd need with Project Management as a concept. Our onboarding advisor Jared has been amazing. Not only does he know his software but he's also got the experience to back it up. He was very patient with us, advising that this would be a journey. Because of some personnel issues on our side, we've actually struggled to properly onboard the product. We've corrected those now and the ever-patient folks at Moovila are starting over - per our request - with onboarding so we can truly get the most out of it. The resource management tools give me a clear picture of the team's capacity and allow me to avoid over allocating resources. In addition, the tool is easy to use and the support is top notch.

support turnaround time is super quick, we utilize autotask with the platform and are somewhat of a beta client, but they never leave us twiddling our thumbs.
