I like the new web analytics feature provided by them. It helps view the entire user journey, rage clicks and heat maps. This combined with conversion funnels, helps significantly in understanding customer behaviour. On top of this their a/b experimentation feature also helps test and ship features really fast. Their AI capabilities are also really good, it's like you have your own product analyst which can answer any questions around metrics. This helps a lot too

It has great AI agent that evolves fast. Now it can create dashboards based on prompts. Though it still requires understanding of the events inside the dashboards

Mixpanel provides very detailed insight into user behavior. I can identify the customer's mobile device make and model, phone number, and movement in the Greenlight app. Extremely helpful in identifying which user processed a funding transfer, and updated features in-app.
