We've been using MinuteBox for quite a while now and it has completely revolutionized our global entity management practice. MinuteBox is extremely easy to use but doesn't lack any power. Unlike our old entity management software, MinuteBox is intuitive, friendly and I can access everything from home, which I couldn't do with our old provider. We primarily use MinuteBox for subsidiary management, cap tables and corporate governance. With MinuteBox, our internal compliance team knows when subsidiary deadlines are upcoming, the ownership across various entities and helps us manage our ESOPs effectively.
