MinuteBox is exactly as advertised. The program is intuitive and has all of the capabilities one would expect of modern office software. The customer service is also phenomenal and all individuals we have dealt with to date have been amazing to work with.

MinuteBox is a truly fantastic entity management platform. We have been using it to manage all of our legal entities and subsidiaries and find it extremely easy to use. Having entity management in the cloud is great and MinuteBox was the only solution that achieved our cloud security requirements. Advanced features like entity ownership charts and cap tables that automatically get created and can easily be downloaded are super helpful. I also really love just how fast the program is. For example, searching for existing entities is super fast so it no longer takes me a ton of time to find information buried across various entities.
