I love how easy Mentalyc is to use, making it super convenient to take and complete all of my client notes. The way it transcribes and organizes sessions into a SOAP format works perfectly for me, saving me tons of time and hassle. I appreciate that the notes are very thorough, which lets me remember what happened in the sessions without having to jot down a lot during them. It's great that it's a "set it and forget it" kind of tool, and I also really enjoy how it integrates with SimplePractice, so I don't have to worry about notes for my telehealth sessions even if they're on another platform. The initial setup was really easy, customer service is great, and overall, it just removes the burden of note-taking, allowing me to focus more on my clients.

Mentaya makes documentation of all kinds as simple as it gets. The user interface is clean and clear, and you can customize nearly anything you want (some of which I personally found necessary, and I had their excellent customer service reps walk me through it painlessly). I can see more clients (and therefore have more income) as a result of the administrative and cognitive workload reduction I get as a function of Mentaya's overall purpose and ease of use.
