Exceptional Multi-Language Support and Stellar Service
I appreciate the convenience of using Mentalyc and having a very engaging and fast polite customer service experience. I'm exceptionally happy with the feature that allows me to use multiple languages in my sessions; it's a huge help to me. The initial setup was very easy, and I love that they helped me with an easy fix for my transcription issue. It definitely did a wonderful job for me.

The upside of Mentalyc is the time you save on administrative tasks. While this is a great help, it would not be possible without clinical accuracy. This accuracy is the best thing about Mentalyc. It is able to perfectly reflect what is discussed during sessions and provide it back in a clinically sound format for documenting.

I use Mentalyc for my clinical documentation as a therapist, and it provides significant time savings by developing my intake, progress notes, and treatment plans. I love how quick the note is processed and appreciate that it's detail-oriented. It gives me back time to be fully present with my clients, and helps prevent burnout with additional paperwork. I find the structured clinical notes very helpful in treatment planning for both myself and my clients. Additionally, I'm impressed by the very friendly staff and immediate responses I get when I need help. The initial setup was very easy, which is awesome.
