This software saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to call patients to confirm appointments. I also find it very helpful that if our booking software goes down—whether from a power outage or other issues—we can still access the schedule on a cellphone to notify patients. The platform is very user-friendly. Customer support is excellent; any issues that come up are always resolved quickly. I also enjoy the new AI features that help with daily task lists. The profile bar adds a fun element by letting you try to unlock all the badges, making it a bit of a challenge to complete everything. Overall, it makes daily work tasks much easier.
