I use MaxAssist for daily practice operations to manage appointments and communicate with patients. It helps improve follow-up, gather patient feedback and comments, and manage the recall list, which is great since the platform is simple and easy to use. It also makes my work easier by using recall and short notice lists to maintain a full schedule. I find it very easy to use and time-saving, especially with automating recall lists, reviewing feedbacks, and direct patient communication.
