I like that MaxAssist is very simple to use, which is great for managing our dental office's recare and texting needs. The ease of the program is something I really appreciate, and I've been using it for at least 5 years. I also like the follow-ups feature, which I wasn't aware of initially – it makes it very simple to keep track of patient needs. Setting it up initially was easy too. I find MaxAssist to be the best program for helping with recare and messaging, especially if you already use ClearDent software.

This software saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to call patients to confirm appointments. Our patients really appreciate the texting feature for reminders, as well as the chat option, which allows us to communicate even when they can't talk on the phone. I also find it very helpful that if our booking software goes down—whether from a power outage or other issues—we can still access the schedule on a cellphone to notify patients. The platform is very user-friendly. Customer support is excellent; any issues that come up are always resolved quickly. I also enjoy the new AI features that help with daily task lists. The profile bar adds a fun element by letting you try to unlock all the badges, making it a bit of a challenge to complete everything. Overall, it makes daily work tasks much easier.
