Allows for more qualitative visibility into user experiences

I especially love how easy it is to search for session replays, and I appreciate that every session replay is clearly documented.

I use this as a means to go into orders that have been reported from the client's field, then see what's really happening underneath. This prevents me from having to create real orders with real payments and give us insight to pass along to our development team to fix those behaviors.
