Connecting a rate intelligence tool through Lodgify's dynamic pricing integration meant my nightly rates now adjust automatically with demand, seasonality and my competitors' pricing, instead of me guessing every Sunday night. Revenue per available night is up noticeably since I turned it on, and I no longer feel like I'm leaving money on the table during peak weeks.

Effortlessly Centralizes BnB Management with Stellar Support

I use Lodgify to centralize my BNB operations, manage bookings across platforms, and for my direct booking site that allows me to own my guest data. It allows me to manage multiple calendars, pricing, and automate guest communications, giving me more control over my bookings and making me less reliant on third-party booking platforms. I love how easy to use the platform is, and the support is outstanding compared to the previous platform I was using. Being able to build a beautiful website without coding was extremely helpful. Connecting calendars across systems was super easy, and the automations I needed were also super easy to set up. I loved that I had an onboarding specialist, and the initial setup was so easy. Overall, I'm 10/10 likely to recommend Lodgify.

The no-code website builder is the most underrated part of this platform. I built a polished, mobile-responsive booking site for my three properties in a weekend, no developer, no page-builder duct tape. The booking engine is fully integrated with my calendars, so availability and pricing stay accurate automatically. Since launching, direct bookings went from 0% to 38% of my revenue.
