All-in-One Booking Solution with Room for Support Improvement

I really like that Lodgify takes care of all bookings and guest communications all in one place. If I want to check what has been said to a guest, I just look at the communications and it's all there, whether it's with Airbnb or our own bookings. The initial setup was easy, with web site themes that were easy to use and the booking back end was already set up.

- Integrates all our rates and bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com and our website) into one place - Automated messaging coordinated across these different platforms saves me hours each week - Easy to use features such as quote creation and reservation calendaring have made my life much easier - before, we had to generate a lot of stay agreements manually for any bookings made directly through our website

Effortlessly Centralizes BnB Management with Stellar Support

I use Lodgify to centralize my BNB operations, manage bookings across platforms, and for my direct booking site that allows me to own my guest data. It allows me to manage multiple calendars, pricing, and automate guest communications, giving me more control over my bookings and making me less reliant on third-party booking platforms. I love how easy to use the platform is, and the support is outstanding compared to the previous platform I was using. Being able to build a beautiful website without coding was extremely helpful. Connecting calendars across systems was super easy, and the automations I needed were also super easy to set up. I loved that I had an onboarding specialist, and the initial setup was so easy. Overall, I'm 10/10 likely to recommend Lodgify.
