The ability to integrate Lob with our custom database and software is vital to how we operate. Being able to automate huge amounts of letter sends is amazing. There are some key aspects that Lob provides we have not been able to take advantage of yet, but I appreciate all of the feedback we are able to call directly from Lob systems.

The API connection and address verifier are game changing for me. Plus the price is the best out there. Lastly a dedicated support team member helps keep focus on the account and support when I need it.

I like how Lob helps us with monthly check sending, and it assists in sending distribution checks. The interface is easy to use, which is a big plus for me.
