I like the amount of tracking and reporting Kochava provides. It helps us monitor purchases, analyze campaign costs, and understand funnel performance in one place. There are a lot of features available, and the newer dashboard has made it much easier to filter data, understand performance, and find the information we need.

I really appreciate Kochava's ability to problem solve and their out-of-the-box thinking. They come up with solutions even for things they might not have in their current toolset, and they enjoy hearing client feedback to improve their product offerings. I also find it valuable that Kochava becomes an extension of our internal team, goingbove and beyond to ensure we succeed. The support team is top-notch, consistently being available, even before we had finalized our contracts with them. Additionally, the SDK implementation was fairly easy, and the team was super helpful and supportive during the onboarding process. I also enjoy their annual client summit, which provides great insights, informative sessions, and networking opportunities to connect with others in the space. Their ability to provide great insights and the quality of their support team stands out for me.
