QuickBooks doesn't have the job costing abilities we needed, but we need to use it for our accounting.<br>3. The Support Team - There was quite a learning curve for us because we had been using an antiquated system. We had also been doing things in an old way. Our Knowify Coach helped us identify some of those things and showed us easier ways to run our business.<br>4. Knowify has customized templates and helped us with our internal workflows to be more efficient.<br>5. Once we have been trained and have been using it for awhile, it's easy to use. It took us a while to really understand, but that's expected when starting a new system.<br>6. The training and support team have been available for any training session we've needed.
