How well it syncs with quickbooks, the onboarding process is streamlined, and because of how well it works with quickbooks it has saved me a lot of time. Knowify also has some of THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Very prompt, helpful and friendly.

The ability to easily manage projects including quickly generate AIA invoices, post bills, track time and labor costs to projects and easy integration with Quickbooks

1. Job Costing information and how it's displayed. We can see at a glance how we are doing at any point in the job. 2. Integration with QuickBooks. QuickBooks doesn't have the job costing abilities we needed, but we need to use it for our accounting. 3. The Support Team - There was quite a learning curve for us because we had been using an antiquated system. We had also been doing things in an old way. Our Knowify Coach helped us identify some of those things and showed us easier ways to run our business. 4. Knowify has customized templates and helped us with our internal workflows to be more efficient. 5. Once we have been trained and have been using it for awhile, it's easy to use. It took us a while to really understand, but that's expected when starting a new system. 6. The training and support team have been been available for any training session we've needed.
