I was pleased with how quickly they responded to my request - it wasn't a huge matter, more of an admin filter for candidate searches and they clarified it right away.

Very user friendly, easy to navigate and relatively customisable. I like the integrated training JA provides - great for onboarding new internal staff. We have used another ATS for our business but it was terrible and we quickly returned to JA.

The integration with systems (with everything!) we use make using JobAdder so seemless...... Support is good. Even with Covid affecting working in offices; queries are answered promptly. Very happy.
