The ability to use various plugins via their API to enhance and customise their product. They also believe in their product so much there are no long term contracts.

JA is a well designed tool for end-to-end recruitment.
The standard out of the box product is well designed with integration with other well known products for job advertisements and on-boarding. I think it is way better than products like Bullhorn.
