It is a great integration app that our company is able to connect and sync our BigCommerce web stores and ShipStation connections to our multi-user QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise application. They have a strong online knowledge base we can consult and if we are still having issues or need setup assistance, their customer tech support is available. We can adjust settings ourselves via a web portal or they can on their end. Customer tech support has the option to schedule a call if we are experiencing an issue or a setup that can easily be fixed via phone and/or a remote session. Their staff is not only talented and knowledgable but patient. They do not just guess at solutions but research and consult their fellow staff member for guidance.

I really like how the software works seamlessly. Really don’t have to do much at all.
