Nice when it works and you don't need to talk to support - a bit pricey, too

We really like the time we've saved syncing Quickbooks Online to ShipStation, though that was not a smooth process when we first signed up for the software. The web interface and dashboard have improved greatly over the past year.

Good support and help with setup.

So helpful for setting up our Connex (we had to make 2 accounts and sync to 1 QB file) and the woman who helped us was very knowledgable and answered all our questions.
