I use it to send personalized content to users to achieve conversions across segments. Dynamic content, A/B testing, and mobile optimization have worked well for me. I was also able to build and optimize journeys fully independently without heavy technical support, and personalization felt somewhat more relevant at the individual level.

Great new AI features that save time building campaigns
The new AI features are great and saved us a lot of time building campaigns. Email marketing and onsite personalization are the main reasons we went with Insider, and so far it’s going well. We can build and optimize journeys fully independently without heavy technical support, and customers can see custom discount codes now.
