Their Content Ingestion Network (CIN) makes uploads noticeably faster and way more stable, even when someone's on spotty mobile data in India or wherever. We've had way fewer "upload failed, try again" complaints since switching. And security-wise, it's reassuring: automatic virus scanning on every file, signed URLs to prevent tampering, and good controls for user-generated stuff. Gives us peace of mind without extra work.
