I like how user-friendly and beautiful Hubble's interface is. It really cuts down time synthesizing user research and helps send surveys and run unmoderated usability testing easily. Recruiting through Hubble is nice, and it's easy to build research things out and get users participating, which streamlines our old process. The initial setup of Hubble was easy too.
