Our experience with HR Partner has been very positive from the start. The Customer Success Specialists and technical team are professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond, whether by email or by setting up a call for training or support. They make sure our questions are answered thoroughly. They're honest if the feature we're looking for is not available. The software itself is intuitive and flexible, allowing us to customize settings to suit our organization’s needs. There are also plenty of helpful resources available, including YouTube tutorials and detailed support articles, which make learning and troubleshooting even easier.

Onboarding process and how it’s customized

I like that we can process our entire onboarding process for new employees on HR Partner. It also has all the functions we utilize a lot such as sending out forms for signing, sending out agreements that need e-signatures, sending out announcements, and allowing employees to upload files that we require from them.
