I like that HR Partner is easy to use and offers all the necessary information about each applicant and collaborator in a centralized manner. The forms allow me to obtain all the information I need for each role we are looking for, and for the employees, I have a space where I can upload all their information from the start of their employment. This helps to have control over their personal data, reviews, vacations, and permissions. Additionally, the initial setup was intuitive, which made it easy to start navigating and getting to know the different functions.

I really like the Approval Rules Builder in HR Partner. The UI is very intuitive, making it easy to build highly customizable leave approval rules. Setting up HR Partner was straightforward, very easy, and the intuitive setup was a big plus.
