Using Hook Security for our phishing testing has been great. Setting up the targets and scheduling the tests is straightforward. The library of available test emails is very large and offered in multiple languages, which is helpful for including our offshore teams in the testing as well. Overall, Hook is more cost-effective than trying to set up and manage a system on our own, and it’s well worth the cost. Any questions I’ve had have also been answered by the support team quickly and clearly.

From the user side, I like that the security awareness training is straightforward, engaging, and easy to complete without being disruptive to the workday. From the sales side, I appreciate that the offering is easy to understand and explain to customers, which makes it easier to quote accurately and communicate the value of an ongoing security awareness program.
