The content is the strongest part for us - it is engaging enough that employees actually pay attention rather than clicking through just to mark it complete, which is the usual problem with awareness training. Rollout was straightforward and it takes very little ongoing admin effort on our side; once campaigns are scheduled they largely run themselves. The reporting is clear and easy to read - who clicked, who completed their training, and how those numbers move over time - which makes it simple to show progress to management.
