Hivelocity continues to offer amazing support at reasonable prices
The hivelocity network is second to none. We stream corporate training videos to clients around the world and in the last 5 years have experience zero network related issues or bottlenecks.
The support (few times we've needed them) are always quick to answer. I ususally have an answer to my ticket in under 30 minutes and they stick with it, communicate and typically resolve the issue in less than an hour.
The sales team, in my case (Garrick) have always been quick to assist, answer my questions and work well with support to meet our needs.

The best thing about Hivelocity is network reliability and fast support. I deployed my server 1.5 years ago and haven't seen a downtime for a single minute. The website, although optimized, is blazing fast which allows me to get good rankings on search engines.

We have been using HiVelocity for the past year; we just need to open five tickets, not about them, to get help setting up our servers.
Also, they drop a message to alert us of the problem when something happens, like disk space running out.
