My experience so far with Hivelocity on a scale from 1 to 10, it’s without a doubt 11. I love their Customer Support: people there is awesome, always kind, professional, and able to answers my questions quickly and accurately. Regarding the hardware, I found lot of options for servers with high availability, the latest technology, and great performance. When I needed to expand my servers, I found a competent sales team that was able to fulfill all my requests, and provided me great suggestions. Some people say is somehow expensive, but it is not true, because the quality of services you receive it is totally worth it, because when you run your business, you want a solid and reliable IT technology partner. The Tech Support Crew know their stuff! The last company I purchased a server on was constalty getting virus costing me down time in the 5+ years I have been with Hivelocity I have not had one virus on my machine or any of the sites I host. They rock!

Their hardware is very reasonably priced and their service is amazing, if you have any server issues, hivelocity is very responsive. We've been w them for 6+ years!
