They customized the tool for our company, which makes it much more useful when determining whether a candidate is a good cultural fit. By using information gathered from surveys of our current employees, we’ve been able to refine our candidate pool and focus on people who better match our company’s cultural behavioral expectations.

Efficient Candidate Matching with Detailed Insights

I use HighMatch to help find the best candidate match for our warehouse positions by identifying correct candidate personality matches based on our current employees. I appreciate that HighMatch can be used for prescreening evaluations and assists with interview conversations. It provides unique interview questions for each candidate based on their assessment results, and if a candidate scores low in a certain area, it creates questions to explore those areas for result validation. Although setting up the assessment is a long but thorough process, the implementation was quick.

Customizable, Bias-Free Hiring Solution

I like that HighMatch is customizable and tailored to our use case. It's fairly straightforward, and the results and metrics they display are easy to interpret and understand. It's also vetted to ensure there's no intrinsic or implicit biases. I appreciate the visuals on a candidate, and the feedback report on each candidate is really important, as it gives us good insight into a candidate, identifying areas we can explore further in interviews. It provides keen insights into candidates that might not be discerned during a normal interview.
