I appreciate that Iris helps us with bandwidth constraints when responding to RFPs and RFIs by having pre-approved answers in our knowledge base, which cuts down the effort by over half. I like that if I re-write an answer, Iris logs the new answer for future submissions, which is very useful. This feature allows us to create a pre-approved template for novel questions, reducing time spent searching through old bids or duplicating efforts. Also, the initial setup of Iris was very easy, which was great for our team.
