Ease of use and response time from Iris team members.

Speed: What used to take our team days now takes a fraction of the time. We can get first drafts back in minutes, instead of starting from a blank page or digging through old proposals. Accuracy: This is where Iris stood out most for us. The drafts don’t feel generic; they pull from our actual, up-to-date documentation, so we’re not stuck correcting outdated answers or accidentally contradicting ourselves across sections. The inline citations also make it easy for reviewers to verify where an answer came from before anything goes out. Ease of use: Onboarding was smooth. We were able to add our existing docs and past RFPs and get the team using it quickly, without a long ramp-up. Customer support: Whenever we’ve had questions, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful, rather than just pointing us to a help doc.

The UI is very easy to use and the answer quality has been strong. I was not a part of the buying process so I do not know how much our organization paid. I do like Iris though.
