The UI is very easy to use and the answer quality has been strong. I was not a part of the buying process so I do not know how much our organization paid. I do like Iris though.

What really stands out is the accuracy of the insights it surfaces. It consistently pulls out relevant, trustworthy information rather than generic noise, which makes it easy to trust the output and act on it quickly.

I love how easy Iris makes the process by allowing us to do everything in one location rather than using a bespoke tracker or messaging coworkers for assistance. It provides a single source of truth for our RFPs, with centralized approved answers we can easily update. I appreciate its ability to learn with each RFP completion. Instead of rewriting the same answers, once the project is uploaded, Iris already suggests answers, which we can easily modify. It's so helpful to start with a structured answer rather than a blank slate. I also like being able to assign questions to individuals within our organization. The initial setup was super easy, and we were able to backload some completed RFPs to build our knowledge hub. Additionally, I value the Iris web extension for its functionality when RFPs are posted in a portal. The team continually adapts and provides us with new features, making our monthly meetings with the Iris team productive, ensuring issues are addressed and improvements are consistent.
