Outlearn is an AI chatbot for customer support built by Helpjuice, the knowledge-base company. It reads the documentation and systems a team already maintains — a help centre, Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack threads and more — and keeps re-reading them on its own, so answers come from live content, with the source articles shown behind each answer. It works in website chat, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, and can take actions through Stripe, Shopify, Calendly or your own API mid-conversation: look up an order, process a refund, open a ticket. When it cannot answer, it hands the conversation to a person with the full transcript and an AI summary, and drafts the reply for the agent to send. There is no shared inbox or ticket queue; Outlearn sits in front of the tools you keep (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gmail, Outlook). Pricing is by AI work, never per seat, with a free plan that needs no card.
