HC365 took on the challenging tasks of complex configuration and ensuring data integrity, which allowed our team to stay focused on our daily work. The training provided was clear and efficient, complemented by custom guides tailored specifically for our Recruiting team. What set this experience apart from most implementations was that the team had real Recruiting Operations experience, having previously built and managed Ops teams before joining HC365. The system pays for itself if you have even one hire made outside of budget/plan.  Headcount is finally out of spreadsheets and in one place so I can see everything. My finance team has more bandwidth to spend elsewhere while HR can easily track down approvals, roles, etc.
