I like the ease of the system in headcount365, specifically for adding requests, managing existing data, and reporting. I also appreciate that it easily connects to Ashby, allowing for a seamless transition and management of headcount and recruiting. Having the ability to add different personas as users makes it easy for HRBPs, CHROs, Recruiters, and People Ops to use the tool. The headcount dashboard is a great place for a one-stop view of where we are as an organization. It gives an overview of how many exits and incoming requests we have, as well as how many roles we are actively recruiting for. The integration with Ashby helps People Ops and recruiting stay aligned to roles being filled and manage everyone's work capacity.

Headcount365 made it much easier to operationalize and scale our hiring workflows. The platform was implemented quickly, easy to roll out, and required very little admin overhead from our team.
