Admittedly, I was unsure whether Hackajob would meet our recruitment needs as it was launching into a new market for us. However, it has proven to be an invaluable tool for our team at Kainos. The platform has significantly streamlined our hiring process, allowing us to connect with highly qualified candidates more efficiently!

Since integrating Hackajob, we’ve seen a significant increase in the quality of our candidate pool and a reduction in time-to-hire. The platform’s intelligent matching system ensures that we are presented with candidates who not only have the right skills but also fit our company culture. We have our first Hackajob lead joining next month, for a role that was historically difficult to fill. And additional prospects currently being explored - hoping there will be more Kainos employees coming from Hackajob in the coming months :)

A special shoutout to Hackajob Intelligence for their innovative approach and continuous support. Their insights and analytics have been useful in refining our recruitment strategy and achieving our hiring goals.

Being quick and easy to use, hackajob has transformed our direct sourcing strategy with a wider pool of relevant candidates for each search, resulting in increased diversity across our tech teams and reducing agency spend.

Hackajob intelligence is my number 1 got too for all IT roles, it allows me to find top cuited candidates for hard to fill roles and has led to a number of successful placements into the business!
